Grounding- Regulation-Regeneration of Nervous System

We are going through huge transitions at present and have been for many years, which is activating our nervous systems, and if we are not practising grounding on a daily basis, we can feel dysregulated, anxious, overwhelmed, stressed and burnout, having a huge impact on our health and wellbeing mind and body.

Add Covid to the soup of energetic upgrades and the fear that was activated and heightened by the media, our nervous systems have been through the mill.

In this video I talk about the importance of self care, that why it is necessary not a luxury.
