DIALLING INTO YOUR INNER STILLNESS AND WISDOM - HEARING THE WHISPERS OF YOUR SOUL

The direction of this meditation was to bring an embodied sense of truth and alignment; beautifully it took us into a place of stillness, closing down our alerted senses and to learn to truly listen, to feel the power and frequencies within.

When we slow down, we give our bodies and Soul the opportunity to catch up with us - as we honour our natural cycles and rhythm and not the synthetic man made ones we have all fallen into the trap or.

This meditation supports the nervous system especially to ground deep into the Earth, to feel her roots and her own neural system, the mycelium, how our bodies became the mirror of was truly wonderful to experience.

So, welcome, beautiful souls. I hope we're all doing well in this slightly chaotic world that we may be feeling we are living through right now. The words for this meditation that were shown to me were how we embody our truth and how to be in alignment with that.

How we can really fully be in our body—that will tell us our truth, and hold our discernment of what is real.

As we are seeing out in the collective, out in the field, there's much trying to steal our attention, our energy, to draw us into fear and to take us off our axis of what is really our truth. And when there is so much distortion going on there, it is sometimes really hard to truly understand what the truth is.

Because there are many playing either side to create confusion. And with confusion, people are rendered controllable or inactive. So, for this, what will be shown to me is how we can truly understand what our truth is, through what is already in our bodies.

And then when we do that, when we're in our bodies, we become the centre of the storm. We become the eye of the storm. So we sit very comfortably in that inner peace and are able to see things from a higher perspective, to allow what we would see—the dynamic or the chaotic force—to clear what is no longer serving.

Especially as we start to see certain infrastructures and ways that our life has been built upon that make us feel safe start to fall away or look like they're crumbling. And most of them probably are meant to, because our real truth is our connection to Earth and the connection through our bodies. So this is about really establishing trust and peace inside ourselves. And being able to hold that discernment.

It begins by acknowledging the "white noise rave" of external distortion, then immediately offers the antidote: the heart. The simple act of placing hands over the heart becomes a portal, instantly shifting the nervous system through breath and touch. This isn't escapism—it's strategic withdrawal to find your centre.

The Layers of Release

The journey moves methodically through the body like a gentle excavation:

  • Heart to hips - softening the armour we carry

  • Spine - that central channel of communication, breath by breath

  • Kidneys and adrenals - addressing the root of our survival patterns, the "dialling down" of hypervigilance

  • Solar plexus - releasing the tyranny of productivity and worth measured by doing

  • Belly and womb space - the deepest permission to simply be

Each area is met with compassion rather than force. The instruction to "meet resistance with acceptance" is profound—within acceptance, resistance cannot exist.

The Transformation: From Noise to Starlight

There's a pivotal moment where the meditation shifts from releasing to receiving. The white noise doesn't just fade—it's consumed by the void of the night sky, revealing stars. This is where you stop seeing and start feeling. The darkness becomes not something to fear, but a canvas for clarity. The whispers of your soul, previously drowned out, can finally be heard.

The Alchemy: Roots and Light

The imagery of roots extending into the earth—connecting with mycelium, that vast neural network of nature—is exquisite. You're not just grounding; you're plugging into an ancient intelligence. The moonlight illuminating these roots creates a luminescence within your own nervous system, travelling up through:

  • Feet, calves, sacrum

  • Spine, shoulders, neck

  • Crown and mind

The tongue placement behind the front teeth completes an energetic circuit, creating a continuous flow—the microcosmic orbit. You become a fountain, a torus field of light, circulating energy from perineum to pineal gland and back.

The Integration: Becoming the Eye of the Storm

By the end, you're no longer buffeted by external chaos. You've become the still point—the eye of the storm. Your axis is established: hips as foundation, heart as the holding centre, mind as curious observer. Not separate, but integrated.

The tapping sequence—a form of somatic anchoring—helps seal this state into your cellular memory.

The Deepest Truth

What strikes me most is how this meditation doesn't just calm you; it restructures your relationship with reality. It teaches that:

  • Your body is the truth-teller

  • Rest is radical action

  • Stillness isn't passive—it's active recalibration

  • Your sovereignty lives in your nervous system

  • Connection to Earth is connection to self

The "infrastructures crumbling" you mentioned at the start aren't to be feared—they're revealed as false scaffolding. Your true foundation was always here: in your body, in your breath, in your roots.

This is a meditation for our times—a remembering that when everything external feels uncertain, the most revolutionary act is to come home to yourself, to trust the blueprint already written in your cells, and to shine your light steadily from that unshakeable centre.

Mycelium

Our nervous system operates remarkably similarly—neurons connected in vast networks, passing electrical and chemical signals, making distributed decisions. When you visualise roots connecting to mycelium, you're aligning with Earth's actual intelligence network.
